By accessing or using the ADC Retiree Association website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Purpose of the Website

This website is a private community platform intended for:

  • Retirees and former employees of the Arizona Department of Corrections
  • Current employees with significant service history
  • Surviving spouses and approved associates

The site exists to support fellowship, historical preservation, and educational resource sharing.

2. Membership & Access

  • Access is restricted and subject to approval
  • Users must provide accurate information during signup
  • Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or used to grant unauthorized access
  • The administrators reserve the right to modify or revoke access when necessary to protect the community

3. Acceptable Use

Members agree not to:

  • Misuse the site or attempt to bypass security controls
  • Share restricted content outside the member community without permission
  • Post defamatory, harmful, or inappropriate material
  • Use the site for political, commercial, or promotional purposes
  • Harass or intimidate other members

Violation may result in suspended or terminated access.

4. Submitted Content & Historical Materials

By submitting content (stories, photos, documents, biographies, etc.) you confirm that:

  • You have the right to share the material
  • Content may be displayed within the private member area
  • Content may be archived for historical and organizational purposes

You may request removal of personally submitted content at any time.

Website content, structure, and organization are the property of the ADC Retiree Association unless otherwise credited. Content may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

6. Non-Affiliation Statement

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Arizona Department of Corrections or the State of Arizona. It is an independent, community-operated platform.
